Adam Pattisall
President & CEO
Adam Pattisall, President and CEO, founded IncrediTek in 2004 and grew it from a one-person operation to a team of 55 professionals serving clients nationwide. IncrediTek is now one of the nation's leading Value Added Resellers and Telecom services companies. He later went on to found ITekFed in 2016, to focus on the federal side Telecom Services.
With over 30 years of Telecom experience, Adam previously worked at Lucent Technologies as Optical Sales Lead for Verizon and later as Director of Customer Service and Support for the Metro Optical Networking Group. Before Lucent, he was Director of Global Customer Service and Support at Chromatis, where he earned multiple patents still used in the industry.
He also served as Director of Worldwide Service and Support at CIENA Corporation (1995-1999) and held roles at Fujitsu. From 1987 to 1992, Adam served in the U.S. Army's Satellite Communications Program, achieving the rank of Sergeant while stationed in Okinawa, Japan.
Matthew Eisenhuth
Dir of Technology Development
Matthew Eisenhuth, Director of Technology Development is responsible for all data center and video network design, integration and testing. He has been with IncrediTek since 2006 and was the corporation’s first employee. His reach in the datacom industry is nationwide with the ability to expand worldwide. He has been responsible for the placement of exabyte’s of storage, virtual server environments and the backbone infrastructure required to support these environments. In addition to datacenter-oriented builds, he has been involved in broadcast and head end video network design, integration and testing. Matthew’s other responsibilities include overseeing the quoting and invoicing process for IncrediTek’s and ITekFed’s customers.
